I work collaboratively with my clients, creating an individualized treatment plan tailored to your goals. My therapeutic style is strengths-based, warm, and affirming; I prioritize each client’s authentic self throughout treatment, including your unique culture, values, and beliefs.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a dog-lover, a life-long learner, and a Diet Coke loyalist. I’d like to become skilled enough on a stand-up paddle board to refer to it as a main hobby, but I’m not quite there yet.

As far as my educational background, I am a first-generation college student and a proud Carleton College alumna. I received both my master’s and doctorate degree from the University of St. Thomas, where I also completed my pre-doctoral internship in the Center for Wellbeing’s Counseling and Psychological Services. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at the Twin Cities CBT Center, where I first began specializing in anxiety disorder treatment. Throughout my training, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings–from college counseling to community mental health–giving me a strong generalist background treating a wide variety of mental health concerns.
